Yes my truck is a whole lot of bad luck. In fact yesterday I was on my way to work and I had my window down... a bee flew in my window as I'm doing 45mph and hit me right in the eye.. so i slammed on the brakes since i couldn't see **** and stopped on the side of the road, when I looked up there was a cop behind me with his lights on. Come to find out i was in a no parking zone and the cop wanted to know why i locked up the brakes and was driving so erratically. lol just my luck

Haha sorry for the hanging story... he came running up to the window and was a dick at first, kinda yelled, what the hell is goin on, and when he saw the stinger hanging out of my eye, and i told him what happened as i opened the door to get the bee off my lap, he changed his attitude and was trying not to laugh, made sure everything was ok and then just left. no ticket nothing. I think he was shocked...

And Russ... the mountaineer is back on the road, the trans is slipping a little and I just swapped a BW4406 in so i have a manual shift transfer case now. I don't have enough money to overhaul the trans so I just drive it every once in a while. Ive been tinkering with the diesel a bit so ill post up some pics this week before we head out to silver lake for memorial day weekend.

Ok so after going through a couple of pictures, I forgot to mention the two other issues that occurred after the first time all the fuel components were replaced...

One week after getting the truck back from the dealership, on my way home from work, the truck started to blow a ton of black smoke and when I let off the throttle, it stalled... and no restart. I had it towed to the dealer, and upon tear down they determined that one of the new injectors they installed had stuck wide open, dumping enough fuel into the cylinder to hydro-lock the motor. Everything was covered under warranty including the towing bill.

The day I got it back from the second incident, I got a call from a buddy of mine who was stuck in a river with his bone stock jeep.

After rounding people up, we headed out to help him. On the way I locked my hubs so they would have plenty of time to engage... Get there, hook up a strap, let some slack, spool the turbo and SNAP.... I ended up sheering all the teeth from the locking hubs... now only 2wd. Luckly it was lifetime warranty. We finally found someone with a winch to help out, and I had to anchor... which is about all the diesel has been good for lately. lol

Listen carefully to the video... You can hear the splines sheer.
